Our waitress had no idea what gluten was. You are on your own with very limited choices. The overall feeling is that they believe in quantity over quality.

I had to be very specific. They don't have a gluten free menu. Our waiter said he knew what GF was, but then he didn't know what gluten free was when I started asking questions. I had grilled fish and steamed veggies. They did accommodate me, and they were nice about it.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, very helpful in making appropriate substitutions and making sure that everything was handled properly. Lots of grilled options. Great food!
