I love this place!! The old buildings and the ambiance is so awesome. I like to sit at the bar and get a cocktail and meal and everything I’ve had has been so good. never been sick before and dedicated fryers.

Staff was very knowledgeable about food allergies. There were several choices on the menu for me. The food was delicious-GF and gluten-ful. I was pleased that they had a gluten free dinner roll to offer me as well. The server was wonderful. The atmosphere is very cozy fine dining. We were in casual clothes and felt comfortable being there. Champney’s Tavern is located in the Deerfield Inn on the Main Street of Historic Deerfield. Highly recommend!

Great restaurant with solid American food. Excellent hard cider selection; many items are always gluten-free and clearly marked on the menu, including fish and chips coated in cornmeal. Because Champney's is the only restaurant in Deerfield, reservations may be a good idea - on Friday nights it seems to be very busy and an eclectic mix of locals, tourists, and students from the nearby boarding school having dinner out.

They have a dedicated space to cook the pizza. Absolutely delicious food! I'm DF, GF, and vegetarian which means there is not a lot of variety, but everything I've eaten has been delicious.

I told our awesome waiter, Mitch, I have Celiac & need to be GF. He wrote Celiac on the top of the order so the kitchen would know. I ordered the Fish & Chips (marked as GF on the menu). It was amazing! I hadn't tried fish & chips in a restaurant since 2004 when I was dx, so this was quite a treat.

The staff was very knowledgeable about GF options. Most things on the menu could be easily altered if they weren’t already gluten-free. The fish and chips were spectacular! Great options.

Yes

Lots of gluten free choices. All fried foods coated w/ corn flour so fryer is GF. Choice of GF bread for sandwiches. All fries GF. Manager very helpful. Food excellent! Offered me a GF roll or Udi's bread when i asked for bread w/ meal.

Fast. Fresh. Celiac friendly. Very knowledgeable with marked menu. Little pricey $25 for dinner but well worth it.
