Great authentic Thai food that my family and I enjoyed. However, having celiac disease, I did not feel completely safe eating here... I was welcomed into the kitchen to talk personally with the chef, but she seemed very confused with what gluten was. I decided to just order Thai fried rice with veggies with NO oils or spices. I had them reclean kitchen area as well. My meal was a little bland as a result of trying to be as safe as possible (no spices or sauces). I did not get sick, so I will call this restaurant celiac friendly, but not 100% safe, as chefs did not seem to understand what celiac disease is.
The Chandara House has plenty of GF options and I’ve never had trouble eating there. The food is super delicious too!

A favorite Thai restaurant in the county is inside the Dutch Village Mall (the "windmill building") in downtown Lynden. I always have the Red Curry Chicken with Brown Rice but nearly all items on the menu are gluten free. See photo above. Sometimes the rice comes in a separate bowl from the Chicken/Vegetables/Red Curry Sauce. For dinner you could ask to have it either way.
