If you tell them you have a wheat allergy when ordering, they will notify the food prep workers to change their gloves prior to preparing your food. The workers were so helpful and knowledgable. Yes, the French fries have a dedicate fryer away from the breaded chicken.

Chick-fil-A has a grilled chicken filet that is gluten free if you ask for it without the bun; you can get it to go and put it on Udi's bun or any other GF bread from home. They do have a gluten free fryer for the waffle fries, so a gluten free meal is possible.

When you approach the counter, request a "red flag for gluten". The exceptionally friendly employees are happy to do this, and then they notify the cooks in the back so they will change their gloves before preparing your order. They do this every time without fail. I've gotten to know many of the employees just from requesting my food be prepared this way. Also, their fries have a dedicated fryer.

They give you a scoop of it without the bread or anything else but still charge you fur the full price of the sand which. It still made me sick and they're grilled nuggets always taste dry.

Love that their grilled chicken is GF but is every bit as tasty as their regular chicken. You can order a bun free grilled chicken sandwich or a salad with grilled chicken. They also have grilled chicken nuggets for the kids. Waffle fries are fried in their own fryers and are safe and yummy! If dairy isn't an issue, a mini-sundae is a safe dessert. Most shakes are also GF, but I worry about possible cross contamination since they do make cookies and cream shakes there as well. Overall, a good experience.

Although the place was busy and nice, in terms of being allergy friendly, I'd have to say not so much. My son has wheat and egg allergy. I remembered the grilled chicken being gluten free and egg free (i sw it on their website a week back) so I ordered that for him.just to double check I asked the person at the register... he did not know but went to find out (very nice about it)... He came back saying that they had a nutritional pamphlet and that was the best they could do to answer my question. I gave them an extra star bc I should have just used my smart phone to look at their online gluten free menu but was stupid and didn't double check. Luckily, I wasn't wrong and ordered the correct food for my son, however, I believe there was cross contamination because my son ended up on hives/eczema flare up several hours later...

Chick-fil-A is a lifesaver with a "normal" kids meal option (my kids chose grilled,nuggets before going gluten-free anyway) and a great staff willing to pay extra attention if you ask. Some stores offer kitchen tours, nice for a concerned mom!

He never gotten sick from eating this meal but do wish it was a larger size the nuggets are really tiny . also we never seen a GF menu . Love this place! They really try to accommodate your needs. Try the grilled chicken and fruit salad with the berry vinaigrette, or grilled nuggets. You can even get the breakfast burrito minus the tortilla of course. I like to add the tater gems to mine in the bowl it is served in. They offer a nutritional guide that lists all ingredients on every item they serve. Even the ice cream is GF!

Chick-fil-a nuggets were one of the foods I was most dreading giving up when I went gluten-free, but it turns out their grilled nuggets are just as good! The chargrilled chicken salad is another tasty option. You can order breakfast items (like bacon or sausage patties) a la carte, and most of their sauces/dressings are gluten-free too. The information on the CFA website is super helpful, and the employees in their restaurants (in my experience, at least) have always been very careful with my order. Can't ask for much more!

the employees had no idea what are gluten free menu was. we had to use the online search on our phone in order to find what was supposedly gluten free. the manager however I was able to find the nutritional brochure but the brochure itself did not specify what was gluten free. I didn't feel confident that the french fries were not fried in the same oil as breaded chicken but it should be if it was really gluten free. all the chicken is marinated with mono sodium glutamate and chemicals so we were disappointed. we will not be eating there again. I shouldn't expect too much out of fast food restaurant.

I work at Chick-fil-A and we do have some Gf items on our menu but not very many. If someone comes in and ask for something that is GF I always recommend a Char grilled fillet with lettuce and tomato on the side. So they can make a wrap if they would like. I also recommend just a Char grilled fillet cut up so they can just eat it like nuggets. I hope this helps in some way!
