Chicken Salad Chick

OMG. Might just be the friendliest staff ever. Good, healthy food. Sweet setting.

The chicken salads are delicious! That said, I experienced the same as another user here, in that they gave me a ton of crackers and a cookie. The first time I went it was fine, since they were all packaged and I could give them away. The second time the cookie was not packaged. They did not replace my food but just removed the cookie, crumbs still all over. Pretty clear they are not educated about allergies here.

Server provided plenty of info and showed which items were GF. I ordered two scoops. When brought to the table, there were several packs of Wheat crackers and a cookie (not GF) on my plate! I confirmed that they were not GF. There were crumbs on one scoop that were likely from the cookie. I flicked them off. Nice try but if I’m ordering a GF item, why would you include several gluten items? Update - as of the next day I did not react at all but it was a risky meal.

Great place! All of the chicken salads are gluten-free & a couple of the sides. The bread is not, but the chicken salad was so delicious you almost don't want the bread to mask the taste. They also do a great job of acknowledging someone needing to be gluten-free and put notes on the receipt for gloves to be changed before your food is made.

I love a chicken salad chick! Same as all the other locations, but all gf items are marked on the main menu and most if not all chicken salad is gf as well as some other options. The staff was friendly and food was good!

Delicious! They have GF wraps. The staff even showed me the actual bag the wraps were packaged in, clearly labeled as GF, since it was not listed on the menu. Love coming here!

They have 4 types of chicken salad, I have eaten here two times and have enjoyed the salad without a bun. And I enjoyed the broccoli salad.

Lots of gf options. They basically only serve chicken salad, so if you like that, it's a good choice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can get it as a scoop or a wrap.
