Manager explained what I could have so I ordered exactly as she explained: Chicka Chicka Boom Boom enchiladas with refried beans and no rice. Tested with my Nima Sensor and it tested positive for gluten. The manager was kind and took the meal off the ticket. They did bring me baked tortilla chips and salsa but I did not test them for gluten.

I ate here this evening. It was fantastic. The manager came out explained the options to me and didnt seem annoyed to do it either. They made fresh chips and I ordered a small dish of the boom boom queso it is spicy but amazing flavor. All the vegetarian sauces are gluten free. I ordered the Baja shrimp tacos they put them on blue corn tortillas I believe and the refried beans were gluten free and they said I could get double beans or a salad I just opted to have the boom boom queso as my other side. I wish I did double beans they are the best I've ever eaten. My son who is 11 months old ate most of them. It was a great experience with amazing food. I feel like it is sometimes hard to find this at restaurants. Having celiac is such a hassle and I get annoyed at myself when I have to tell people so for them to be as accommodating and kind made my dinning experience even better. I will definitly be back.

The good was great. Even though they don't have a gluten free menu, the manager, Alan, came out and went over the menu with me. He had the kitchen clean the grill to make me warm tortillas, brought me samples of the sauces that were gluten free and he baked tortilla chips for me. I have never been treated so well at a restaurant. I will definitely easy here again.

Food was awesome and the mAnager came to talk to us about all the gluten free sauces and menu items. He also said they would make fresh corn tortillas and would clean the grill off first! Very knowledgeable and have never had that great of an experience! Will definitely go back!!!!!!

Kid's Menu manager sat and talked with me. Had the kid's enchilada and refried beans. LOVE IT!!!
Their manager comes to my table and talks to me every time. Anything I want they make GF. Just mention you have a Gluten allergy.
The GM was extremely knowledgeable about the processes and cross contamination! Chips at this location are celiac safe, boom boom sauce, and jalapeno ranch as well!

A classic Tex Mex chain so you can expect the quality to be subpar. The manager was very accommodating and confirmed they had a dedicated fryer for only corn. However, they did have to check on a lot with the previous manager to ensure GF items. I got the chicken flautas with roasted chicken. While my typical reaction of ataxia did not kick in, I did leave feeling somewhat symptomatic: light headed, hot/cold flashes, weak on my feet etc. I think I may have been exposed in some capacity.
Be aware: marinated meat is cooked in beer, queso has gluten, Mexican rice is fried in gluten fryer, and chips are cross contaminated.

If you have celiac DONT DO IT! Let me be a cautionary tale to those with any kind of gluten sensitivity. I have celiac and am currently in the worst pain of my life from eating here.

I was told by my server nothing was gluten free unless you asked for grilled chicken with no seasoning. Their special Chuys season that they put on literally everything has wheat. Beware!

My wife and I go here all the time and she has never gotten sick (she is a very sensitive celiac). She can have the chips and salsa, and the creamy jalapeño ranch. She orders the boom boom chicken enchiladas
