Ordered a gluten free monster cookie and I’ve had a stomach ache and a headache for the past day. They said they have gluten free options but I’m assuming there’s just a lot of cross contamination
I left without ordering. I asked about gf and the waitress said “we only have gluten FRIENDLY pancakes and muffins” and I said “and the omelets and stuff like that that’s normally fine?” And she looked at me like I was speaking another language and said “the stuff I just said is the only stuff that’s gluten friendly” so that was disappointing. I just did not feel confident that I wouldn’t get sick.
They have a gluten free banana nut muffin. It’s large and it’s good. It does have the classic crumbliness of a gf baked good, but it was satisfying for a carb breakfast. We’re staying at the hotel del Coronado and although they’re said to offer a gluten free waffle, they charge $40 for the breakfast buffet. So I was very satisfied with my muffin and latte. The cafe has a walk up to-go window which was wonderful. They earn my rating mostly for the convenience and price of eating on Coronado.
Got a latte and gf muffin. Not sure about cross contamination, and I assumed there was dairy and eggs in the muffins (in case anyone else tries to avoid those too). It wasn’t the best service, but I figured they were just busy. The muffin was delicious though!
They do have a GF muffin that they say is not cross contaminated, didn't try it because they had run out. I didn't eat there because they are not celiac friendly, all kitchen is shared, if you have celiac DO STAY AWAY. They were very friendly.

Gf muffin was good. Omelette good too
Not knowledgable about gluten free and were out of gf muffins. With that being said my omelette was good and the service was quick and friendly.

They don't have a lot for GF but their GF muffins are so amazing. Perfect. Yum!
