Went and had pulled pork and ribs with coleslaw. Told them I had a gluten allergy and they easily accommodated me. No adverse reactions. Excellent BBQ

While there are lots of food items that don't contain gluten, everything is cross contaminated. No one wears gloves, the tongs they use to get the meat are rubbed across the rolls and then put back into the meat, and they use a cup to scoop out the sides that had lots of different hands on it after touching everything.
