Review

Vietnamese restaurants typically have a good array of GF dishes. Our waitress was knowledgable and willing to check with the chef before recommending a dish. It helps to come with knowledge of GF sauces. They are aware of soy sauce having gluten and therefore lots of the marinated dishes are not GF. But I had to remind her that the hoisin sauce was not GF when she served it with our pho (soup). The experience was positive. Our celiac guest had the pho and the shrimp fresh spring rolls. We substituted the peanut sauce for fish sauce. We would have to go to the restaurant multiple times before I could recommend as celiac friendly. Our first experience was good.
