NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY! Since their pizza is cooked in a wood-fire oven, I asked how they cooked their GF pizzas (whether they use a pan under the crust to prevent cross-contamination). I was told they don't use a pan, that it's baked right on top of all the flour that the other pizzas are cooked on. When I asked if they could use a pan to cook mine, he told me no, they didn't have any pans to use. I ended up leaving. Too bad b/c I've heard a lot of good things about this place!
Delicious gluten-free pizza. Great crust. Well-cooked without being burnt.
Yes
The pizza was absolutely incredible - but I got really sick afterward. Not sure if they served me the wrong crust or just serious cross contamination. I loved the food but I'm afraid to go back. Service also pretty slow.
Worst dining experience. Ordered gluten free dish. Served gluten free main and non gluten sides. When server confirmed it was gluten free. He returned 5 minutes later and said pasta side was not gluten free. My wife had already started eating and got ill. Kitchen service was bad also family ordered 4 dishes, 3 arrived. The last one arrived 10 minutes later. It was the gluten free dish earlier. We ordered a pizza appetizer which was served after the entrees were served.
