Let me start by saying, IF YOU NEED TO AVOID GLUTEN, DO NOT EAT HERE! If I could give it zero stars, I would. When I asked the waitress which toppings were GF, she answered with, "Pretty much all of them are." I choose a pizza and asked her to check with the chef to be certain the toppings I chose were, indeed, GF. She assured me that she would. When the order came out, the MANAGER brought it to the table, and since I had not heard back from the waitress, I confirmed with the manager that the pizza she sat in front of me was GF. She said it was. One bite told another story. I called the manager over and, once again, said that I needed to confirm that the pizza was GF. She said it was not! The manager and waitress apologized and said they would make a GF pizza for me. They asked what they could do. I told them I simply wanted the GF pizza. When the manager brought it out, she began to set it on the pizza stand, it slipped and hit a glass of water, dumping it on the pizza and the rest of my lunchmates. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. In spite of the 4 inch tall letters on their chalkboard, exclaiming "NEW GLUTEN FREE ITEMS!!" they really have no clue.
They now offer a gluten free crust, and the waitress seemed knowledgeable about cross-contamination issues. It is very thin, like most GF crusts are, but it had good flavor and texture. Prepare to pay an extra 2.50 for GF, but the pizza is big enough for 2!
