Staff was great at listening. They do not have a dedicated fryer- still found excellent & filling solutions... very delicious food. :)

The menu has extensive options labeled "GF" to choose from -- I just got chips and guac since I wasn't too hungry -- but it's the day after and I was definitely glutened. Our waitress was well-informed and seemed to know what was up with gluten and celiac. Oh well. There must be cross-contamination problems in the kitchen.
