Omg amazing! We got the fried chicken, Kyle’s grilled cheese, onion rings and biscuits & gravy and it was all delicious! We raided the bakery for desert and got a rice crispie, lemon bar, fruit bar, magic bar and lemon scone. We’ve only had the lemon scone so far and the first bite was so good, I had to post my review immediately. I wish we lived closer so we could eat here more often!

Best place ever! It feels so so good to eat somewhere I know I’m 100% safe. I cried the first time eating there because I felt so SEEN! I’ve been gf for 15 years and it’s so rare. We moved away from Spokane and Cole’s was a place I missed the most, and I’m so happy we’re back and can enjoy it again. We also happily pop in every time my kid goes to a birthday party for her own dessert and it’s so convenient.

I recently dined at Cole's Bakery and Cafe in Spokane, where their entirely gluten-free menu is a breath of fresh air for those with dietary restrictions. I ordered the veggie burger, which was hearty and flavorful with high-quality ingredients, and the onion rings, crisp and delicious, paired perfectly with the homemade tartar sauce. My husband's fish and chips were also outstanding, with tender and crispy fish and delicious sweet potato fries. We concluded our meal with a delightful carrot cake.

My wife and i are Celiac. When we went into the store my wife asked questions we found out the employees arent even allowed to bring gluten in in their lunches. My wife got a creampuff which she loved I got a lemon bar and it was delicious.

Such a wonderful find! 100% gluten free! They have so many Gluten Free vegan and keto options as well. It’s a bakery and a restaurant and have a big menu with so many options! I ordered the Philly Grilled cheese and it was too heavy on the mushroom flavor for me. But I also got onion rings and a half Cesar salad and they were delicious. My favorite was the turtle cheesecake so dang good!

Very yummy! So happy we found this place.

It’s a bakery and restaurant. You can take out or dine in.

Everything is made in house! You can get lots of items dairy free or vegan. Everything we ordered/purchased was dairy free.

All yummy: Onion rings (crunchy yet pillowy), Chicken tenders (breading is different and good) Chicken parm with penne, Apple fritters, carrot cake, and cinnamon rolls (tasted like a regular delicious one)

The fries tastes like In and Out fries, which I don’t prefer but I know people love them.

The other thing to note is the employees/waiters is a little slower checking on you/getting the ticket when you sit down to eat since they are also working the bakery. Just an fyi if you are in a rush.

So amazing!! Everything I had was fantastic!! I ordered a bit of everything because I live in a very rural area with no options. The mozzarella sticks…so good. Onion rings? Fantastic!! Cheese ravioli with meat sauce and baguettes really hit the spot in my cravings for ravioli. Tried bites of the grandkid’s pancake and french toast along with a bite of the hubby’s mushroom Swiss burger. All were awesome!! Gf desserts galore along with gf beers and ciders!!

5 star for being safe and good food but service was slow, tables dirty, no water refill, no How Is Your Meal, music too loud. I'd go back just because I know it's safe and there's a TON to choose from. Onion rings (!), pasta, burgers, breakfast, PLUS desserts. Skip the breakfast menu...$13 for 3 thin pancakes or $13 for burger and fries.

I’ve been here a few times in the last few years and it’s always delicious. They’ve got lots of options for lots of dietary preferences. Everything’s 100% gluten free and reasonably priced. Their coffee is great too! The staff is super nice too. I wish I lived closer! Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in Spokane

Love the food it’s nice to be able to choose from the whole menu. Big issue I have though is that it’s pricey to begin with then the menu states the prices on some could go up … up to $2.00 each item but they don’t say what items or how much. If you change your prices then fine but be transparent and put the actual price next to the item. Use stickers if you can’t afford new menus.

We ordered and picked up lunch to go a couple days ago. The online ordering went smoothly and they had most of our order ready when we arrived (not the latte though.) My chicken Caesar salad was a bit overdressed but the croutons more than made up for it. My boyfriend said his omelette and cheesy hash browns were good. The dairy-free key lime bar we split was also good. I’d had the baguette before so grabbed another to take home.

The treats and food are delicious. The restaurant is not great if you have multiple food allergies and they do not allow ANY outside food at all, regardless of whether you are able to have their food. Having 2 kids with multiple unusual food allergies (carrot, coconut, egg, soy, tree nuts, seeds and more) in addition to gluten free means we cannot eat here anymore since my kids cannot bring their fully, commercially labeled GF foods with them.

WOW, it’s gf heaven here! So many choices!! The entire menu is available all day and the gf desserts are beautiful and delicious. Also house made breads. The baguette was very good, crusty on the outside and soft in the middle. More gf selection than I’ve ever seen anywhere. Really, if we hadn’t been traveling thru in our limited space RV, I would have needed a shopping cart to get my purchases out of the door.

It was so nice to feel completely safe ordering what ever I wanted! That being said, their menu is a huge so it’s hard to choose what to get… so my husband and I ordered several things and took some home. The onion rings were fantastic, the coffee was great, the lasagna had good flavor but was undercooked, but the baguette that came with it was the best gf bread I’ve ever had. The burger’s bun was very hard, but the burger tasted okay, and the mozzarella sticks were good but the coating feel off immediately. Also, we got the carrot cake cupcake, which was amazing, the salted caramel chocolate cupcake (which I think was a day old because it was hard), the maple bar (very dense, I would not order again,) and the wonderful cheesecake. The service was very slow, but if you’re not in a hurry, it’s definitely worth the visit to have complete freedom while eating out. The bakery and espresso were my favorites. Such a treat! Also very good dairy free options!

Keto menu! Amazing desserts. I got a GF Keto chocolate donut only 2.5 carbs, GF Keto mozzarella sticks w ranch only 4 carbs & a naughty puff pasty w creme filling & chocolate icing.
