Based on the other reviews, my friends and I went there to eat. Our server, Catherine, was amazing. Made sure I was taken care of and the food was amazing. Our server also suggested entrées for for others in our group and they were well satisfied. They also on GT‘s on the Bay which is another great place to eat for gluten-free

Had dinner here with my whole family. The catch of the day was grouper which I had blacked, and I substituted the house rice for the risotto. Everything was INCREDIBLE. The food was delicious, the server was very friendly and helpful and the food came out quick but it was prepared very well. They have a dedicated gluten free menu with a huge number of options that all look really good. Only note I would make is the drink service was slow, but that was our waiters fault, the bartenders were quite slow. I highly recommend this place! Food was amazing and I didn’t get sick.

Great selection of GF food, I’m celiac and did not get sick. I got the salmon salad, some sides (rice and asparagus ) and crème brûlée . Highly recommend! They have a separate GF menu.

Great place with live music and an outdoor seating area. Cute little shops around it that you can go to while you wait for your table. They had a separate gluten free menu. I ordered the salmon salad and it was absolutely delicious! Thinking about going back again tonight!

I got the grilled shrimp with Parmesan risotto and it was delicious! They have a gf menu and it’s pretty large. The edamame is not on the gf menu but it is gf since it is just the soy bean pods with sea salt. Our server said that the menu had been printed prior to it being added to the menu. Our server marked my food as a “gluten allergy” and I felt safe eating it. I didn’t get sick!

Very friendly and accommodating for us. My wife is celiac. Had the famous banana leaf sea bass. It was delicious and no reaction. Can’t say enough about how great the wait staff was!

It’s hard to find safe places to eat in seafood country where everything is fried. So we did take a chance at Cosmos because there were a few more options available to us than at most other restaurants in the area. It really depends on your server, though to steer you towards what is actually GF. We didn’t experience any issues after eating, but I can see how that may be an issue if your server isn’t knowledgeable. Our food was delicious. We ate in the outdoor area and had some nice relaxing live music. I’d go back again. There were some outstanding cocktails on their menu as well.

I ate a steak that came with mashed potatoes and collard greens. It was on the gluten free menu. They were very careful with my meal. Steak was good. I didn’t get sick at all! Great service as well!

Items are marked gluten free on their menu. After explaining my needs I was assured they could accommodate, so I ordered two items. I tested both with a Nima sensor, gluten found in each. At least my sister’s caesar salad with chicken no croutons (she also is celiac) tested as safe. I was out of Nima capsules so I ordered what my sister had hoping everything would be fine. Aaaaaand, glutened. Unless you are a fad dieter **do not trust them at all****. Very bad experience. Beside the gluten in the food, service was ****unbelievably slow******. Wasted half the night waiting for replacement food that still got me sick.

I had the grilled shrimp and Parmesan risotto and it was delicious! Waiter was knowledgeable and I had no reaction. I will definitely be back!
Variety of options on the gf menu. Waitress was knowledgeable & helpful. I had the grilled shrimp with rice. Yummy!
We went here specifically for gluten free food. I ordered a GF sushi roll and mentioned I'm allergic and asked if it was fixed in specific area. After all this got my sushi roll and ate the entire thing. I then fill sick, talked to the manager to learn my sushi was not GF because the waitress did not submit the order correctly. This is exactly why I HATE to go out to eat.

Great for gluten allergy, food was very good!!
amazing gluten free options and the food was absolutely amazing!
This place is great! The service was excellent and the food was even better. There's also a happy hour from 3-6 with great drink/appetizer prices. They even had my favorite cider -- cider boys from Wisconsin and it was $1 during happy hour! Definitely would go back if I'm back in the area!
Our server was absolutely clueless as to what gluten was and could not steer me on food or drinks off the menu. The menu had a few things market/said available gf. I ordered some sushi & said it needed to be gf. It came out and had fried shrimp & fried crab in it. I had to send my meal back as well. Overall, very poor slow service.

Waitress was extremely knowledgable. They make their sauces and dressings in house. Menu lists items that can be made Gluten Free. Good was amazing! Try the "BBQ" creole garlic butter crab claws!
