I just went here for the first time and the owner happily explained that two of the shelves of the pastry case are gluten free as well as most of the menu except for the crab cakes and quiche. Even the soups are gluten free! Can’t wait to go back!

Don't eat the gluten free French toast. I'm so sick right now.

They were great about answering my questions about food prep. I asked how they prepped gluten-free grilled cheese sandwich and they told me they had completely separate grill for GF items. When they brought out the dishes, the server clearly reiterated it was GF and I had no issues afterward. Also got one of their delicious GF cappuccino brownies to go. They had nice number of GF dessert options (drool).

I've been here a few times! I never have an issue when I eat their gluten free baked goods. But whenever I order eggs and bacon I get sick! I'm guessing there is some cross contamination going on with their pans. I'll continue to get baked goods there but that's it.

Love the sandwiches and desserts! Very knowledgable about GF.

Fabulous options for GF, all delicious, very knowledgable staff and just a great place for lunch, brunch, coffee, or sometimes a cupcake on the run! Try the lavender scone, you won't be disappointed!

I have come here since day one! I love the food, and the service is remarkable! They know me by name and all of their customers are treated with respect! Wonderful food and a dedicated GF section! If you have the time I recommend stopping by!

Sounds great- wish I could have tried it! My rating is based in their hours and accessibility, not the food since I didn't get to try it. I have Celiac and was looking forward to eating a late lunch here. We arrived at 3:10 pm only to be told they closed at 3:00 on Saturdays. It was confusing because one sign outside said they were open until 5:00 and there were people inside and the door was open- also more than one server came outside while we were reading the specials and didn't let us know they were closed- sadly we were turned away when we walked in and I wasn't left with many other options in the immediate area. Frustrating when you are hungry and must eat GF!

All gluten-free and vegan menu items are identified and some sandwiches have the option of being on a bed of lettuce. Adorable little cafe! There's even a shelf filled with GF pies and desserts. Complimentary valet parking available - I tipped with my credit card.
