Several items on the menu are marked GF. I ordered one of them, a burrito, and I specifically asked the server if it was gluten free by default or if I needed to request it gluten free. Was told it was gluten free by default. Burrito came in what looked like a flour tortilla. I asked again if it was really gluten free and the server went back to the kitchen and returned to tell me it was not. I wouldn't trust other items marked GF on the menu.

There are 3 cider options on tap but the menu is deceiving. Many dishes are labeled GF but if fried, they are not actually safe from CC. They only use one fryer for chips and everything else that is fried. So you can order guacamole but have nothing to eat it on. Still a few options. Great space.

The Creston Brewery offers many options for gluten free food. The menu is based on Latin American street food, including nachos, empanadas, tacos, and rice bowls. I'm not sure if they have a dedicated fryer. They don't have any gluten free beer, but are planning to offer a local cider soon. If you have Celiac Disease, I wouldn't recommend walking into a beer brewery.
