After seeing the selection...ie. 2 sandwiches: beet or curry and just by the look of the texture of the gf baked goods in the case...I chose to pass. I'd take Gluten Free Epicurian or Lemonade gf bakery any day over this place.

I spent a lot of money here in the short amount of time I was in Vancouver. Their baked goods rocked, the sandwich I had was amazing (I waited two hours to eat it and the bread was still holding strong), and their coffee drinks were wonderful too. The non-celiac friends I was with said they couldn't even tell it was gluten free.

Can't believe this isn't on here yet! They recently switched (summer 2013) to being a 100% gluten free facility. Baked goods, baguettes, and a small but delicious menu of sandwiches on gluten-free baguettes. Yummy!
