They will always ask you if this choice of bun is preference or allergy.

You can upgrade your order for $1.50 extra to get an individually wrapped gluten-free Udi’s bun that stays in its package but they heat it up. Tell the staff you need your burger/grilled chicken sandwich/salad to be gluten free and they mark your ticket with “gluten allergy” and they will follow their allergy protocol. Unfortunately, their fries are not GF. I get the side of coleslaw which is GF. Plain vanilla custard with Reese’s PB cups on top is my go-to dessert. I have eaten at this location (and others) many times and have never been glutened.

While staying at a nearby local hotel last weekend, I ordered gf cheeseburger and Reese's concrete mixer. I always tell them for wheat allergy. As always, great meal from a culvers while traveling without cross contamination!! I was happy to see Culver's wasn't closed as one reviewer stated.
Yes
They have gluten free buns that they heat up in plastic bags. You have to assemble your own burger.
This location does not offer gluten free buns or other accomodations. Not a safe place to eat

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
