I had a cheeseburger and chocolate shake. They have gluten free buns and flagged it celiac or allergy. No GF fries. Fryer possible cross contamination. The burger came separate from the bun. The bun came in a plastic wrapped that had been warmed. That was a nice touch.
They have gone above and beyond to make sure my son is safe eating here. Heads up though: the French fries are NOT gluten free as they are fried in the same fryer as all the other fried foods.
Yes
This is definitely one of the best gluten free burgers I have had in a long time! They serve you an Udi's steamed gluten free bun. The bun comes in a sealed single serving bag on the side so you KNOW it was not cross contaminated! This will be a frequent stop for us!!!
This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe

I had researched my options prior to coming. I informed the employee taking orders that I had a gluten allergy (easiest way to explain quickly). He clearly had been trained on what to do to flag my order. He informed me they had a gluten free bun rather than having to go gluten free (let's be honest...no bun is better sometimes). They had a sign posted on the menu asking for to be notified of allergies. When my food was brought out they advised me mine was being cooked and brought separately for my protection.
