Culver’s is a safe staple for me. The burgers and toppings are so fresh. The GF buns come steamed in a sealed bag. TIP: crack open the bag to let the steam out if you aren’t eating right away. You can sub fries (not gf) for coleslaw when you get a basket. They get 4-stars because you HAVE to check your order when you receive it to make sure it was prepared correctly. Never a gluten issue, they just always get the toppings wrong on my sandwich.

Only tried the beef pot roast with the gluten free bun, it was good. They have a whole separate menu with a nice explanation of the gf possibilities.

I ordered and was sold a “gluten free grilled cheese.” What came out was a bun in a wrapper that had been warmed but was soggy and wet on top and 2 cold slices of cheese in a tray on the size. I’m sorry, but if that’s what a gluten free grilled cheese is, you shouldn’t sell it to someone without telling them. It was disgusting and a promptly threw it out. If I could give zero stars, I would.
After visiting a Culver's in Wisconsin I decided to visit one closer to home. They say their fries are not fried in a dedicated fryer but I decided to give it a shot any way. We will see how that works out. (I have Celiac's Disease) They do offer a gluten free bun and there are multiple frozen custard options.
Great gluten free buns.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
