I love to shop here for groceries, but the deli, hot food bar and salad bar could definitely be improved to be more gluten free friendly. I have found hidden and unlabeled gluten sources in their sauces, and they don't make much of an effort to use gf ingredients (they often use soy sauce with wheat in it, for instance). I have talked with people in the deli, and I hope that others will too, because they are very nice and I would think they'd make changes if they had enough requests!
