Big Italian restaurant. New York style with Syracuse regional specials. Great gluten free options. Very knowledgeable about gluten ingredients. Ordered veal Marsala. First time I have seen this made gluten free in a restaurant. Pasta excellent. Will be back but advise you to look at menu carefully and confirm with server if you have celiac.
Have been here many times before and had no issues but have always ordered the Delmonico. Tonight I order the Veal Marsala with gluten free penne. Meal came out I had a few bites and realized they had spaghetti mixed in with the penne when our server specifically noted that penne was the only gluten free noodle. They took it back, apologized and said they would make a new one. My wife then asked for the garlic mashed instead of the penne so we could be sure it was GF. It came out 20 min later while my wife refused to eat without me and her meal was cold by the time it came out (her fault not theirs.) The bill comes and they comped the first one and charged for the second one and the up charge on the mashed. I had, had enough by then so we just paid and left. Probably could have complained and had something done but they should have done something to begin with.

I had the gluten free penne pasta with pomodoro sauce, it was tasty, but I feel like there could be a better selection. Still, they do a good job and it’s a good experience overall, unsure about cross contamination safety

There is no GF dedicated menu they offer to make dishes GF as an option. Only 4 dishes are GF on the menu. No appetizers. They do have GF penne but no dedicated fryer. I would consider this restaurant not very celiac friendly in my opinion. I am not celiac so I agreed to eat here.

Super friendly staff. Understood celiac. Cooks GF penne pasta in separate pots. Had the chicken Marsala and penne pasta. Was very good. No reaction. I’m only giving 4 stars because they didn’t have any GF bread options.
Yes
Dec 2017: Many great options on their GF menu. Had the twin 8oz Pork chop Marsala with a side of garlic mashed potatoes rather than the pasta added additional side of sautéed mushrooms all cooked perfectly and Delicious! 1/15 & 1/31/18 Had the filet mignon with baked sweet potato and grilled asparagus. On 4/24/18 visit I tried the FILET MARSALA* 9 oz of Filet Tournedos with Mushrooms in a Marsala Wine Sauce. They have updated main menu to show GF Options and staff was very knowledgeable. A’++

Overpriced average food. Not impressed
Excellent GF Veal Marsala and pasta
Daughter ordered from the GF menu, and told the server that she needed to eat GF. Long story short. They gave her regular pasta. They said sorry (hehehe)and gave us coupons for next meal free. Gave them away. She was not a happy camper.

I was up in Syracuse visiting my brother.I thought it was nice that they offered g-free pasta so we all decided to eat here.
I ordered the shrimp scampi off the dedicated g-free menu and made certain the waitress knew I needed g-free. I igot my meal (only ok), the pasta-oddly enough-was unevenly cooked and when I got the end of my meal I found not g-free angel hair pasta in my dish...needless to say I had a reaction. The manager came over and apologized and did not charge me for my meal .. He felt genuinely bad about what happened. But that doesn't help me when I had plans after dinner that were ruined because of the reaction.
I will never go back.
The staff had no issue making my food gluten free. I called before I went and they said all the steaks are gluten free and cooked on a safe grill. There is gluten free options marked on the online menu but I didn't see them on the menu in the restaurant. Food was delish and would definitely eat there again. I forgot to specify the type of alcohol and they remade it for me without a problem.

The food was good. The steak I ordered was nicely cooked at the correct temperature. The menu was marked with gluten free options and there was a good variety. The staff was friendly too!

Our server was exceptionally accommodating. True GF items marked on the menu. They were will to work to make other items GF. I had the wedge salad (no balsamic drizzle) and shrimp scampi with GF pasta. Confirmed they cook the pasta in a different pan than regular pasta. My meal was tasty and I had no issues. My friend’s demonico steak was amazing and they loved the bread. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with Celiac.

I didn't get sick. That is the good news. Items were marked but we double checked because sauces can get questionable. One of the downsides is that the waitress was so confident that it didn't inspire confidence in me. I did eat from the edges of my plate because I felt like that was a source of cross contact bringing the dishes out to the tables. The other downside has nothing to do with food. It was the first restaurant I've been to in awhile where groups of people were smoking at the entrance. Odd. Anyway, a family member loves this place and I would go again to have a meal out with them.
