I have been a few times and only recently I was told the gluten free items are actually may contain. The only gluten free items are the grilled prawns, paneer, rice and potatoes. I would avoid as a coeliac.

There are some negotive reviews about here and I don't know why.i went in a group and out server made sure all the sharing meals that could be gluten free were gluten free without me asking. I had a large separate gluten free menu, yes not as large as the normal, but atill extensive compared to other places and I felt like they actually cared about my wellbeing and me not being glutened which isn't normal. He knew about cross contamination and was so kind. Thank you!

This is a belated review. I went here in Oct 2019 at the recommendation of a few Celiac blogs. After discussing my condition with the waiter and then a manager I was told I couldn’t be served safely. Not sure why this restaurant shows up so often on London Celiac blogs.

We had a fantastic experience here. We walked in off the street at about 10pm for a (very) late dinner and were told the wait would be about 30 minutes, but we could hang out at the bar and order cocktails and apps while we waited. The wait ended up being shorter than expected and they transferred our tab for the drinks over to the table. The waitress asked about allergies straight away and when I mentioned gluten she did explain that they make their naan on-site so they take every precaution to guard against cross-contact, but they can’t guarantee 100%. I decided that I was comfortable with that level of risk and proceeded. I got the grilled prawns and they were absolutely amazing. That was enough for me since I had had a very late lunch and snacks, but as these are somewhat “small plates” style, so if you were particularly hungry I would maybe advise getting more (or dessert!) All the staff were incredibly attentive and the atmosphere was great. It was definitely worth going a bit out of the way to come here.

Everything contains or may contain traces. Taste was ok. Portion size was very small as they e g. just remove the bread and sausages from the Big Bombay leaving you with half the portion for the same price. Not sure what the ketchup is for on the sausage-less gf plate. All in all would not recommend.

They gave a “gluten-intolerant” menu. I explained I was coeliac and manager came out and discussed how they couldn’t guarantee against cross-contamination as they don’t have separate area in kitchen but that chefs would wipe down surfaces and use new equipment etc. Felt safe. Food delicious.

Had a slightly disconcerting conversation with our waitress who wanted to be clear they could not guarantee that there would be no cross contamination but decided it was worth the risk. Everything was delicious and no ill effects!

As soon as we were seated, our waiter asked about allergies and brought me a GF menu. When the food came out, he reiterated which dishes were suitable for GF and which (ordered by others) weren't. I felt treasured and confident in knowing what was and wasn't suitable for me. It was all delicious.

Not safe for coeliac. My friend booked this place so I rang them to check about cross contamination. They said they only have one kitchen where they constantly make naan bread and so flour is everywhere.
