I had the broiled rockfish, it felt very safe. The fish was good and the rice a bit bland. I asked for lemon and added that. The arugula salad on top was great (I didn’t have the Parmesan). My husband got Doc’s burger with bacon, no cheese and sweet potato fries. I had a little bit of the burger and it was great- again didn’t feel sick. He had sweet potato fries- I am quite certain they don’t have a dedicated fryer, so I didn’t try those. (Owl Sprit has some great sweet potato fries, if you want some).

This is a tough one, but here it goes. EXCELLENT service. I mean, excellent. The folks here were so kind and I wish we would’ve just stayed for drinks. Service was so excellent that I was confident that my “GF CHOWDER” was actually GF. I almost sh*t myself on the ferry. Idk, guys. I’d avoid if celiac and sensitive to gluten.

Definitely celiac friendly. Staff was knowledgeable and careful to prevent exposure. Fabulous food.
I had an excellent experience at Doc's! I got the Moroccan Rockfish and it was awesome! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I believe the portions could be a little bit larger. Next time I would get soup or salad before the entree to be full. I say this because I usually eat small portions at meals so someone expecting a larger portion is going to be disappointed. However, the food was amazing and well worth the trip.
Yes
Clam chowder was delicious. Crab risotto was outstanding. Menu is clearly marked for gf items!
LOVE their salads, but they have messed up my allergy requests multiple times.

Food was mediocre at best. Chowder should be called "potato soup" (no clams!) and they served it with saltines after repeatedly telling them we had to be gluten free. Then my entree came out: dry salmon, plain broccoli, and rice pilaf, which had regular pasta in it! One of the worst meals out I've had in awhile. Only positive about this place was the super sweet waiter that tried so hard to make it all work. He was great!

Not many things on the menu labeled GF. My wife's rice pilaf came out with two regular pasta shells mixed in with it. Ended up not eating my dinner due to cross contamination issues. NOT Celiac friendly.
