I've been here twice now. Once in 2017 and I was told very graciously by the bartender that there was nothing on the menu at the current time that could be modified safely for a celiac. I really appreciated his honesty as well as his empathy that he thinks it's crazy they can't cater to a lot of food allergies there. Decided to give it a try again more recently and still could not eat there. The menu isn't marked and the server we had was not knowledgeable at all. I chose to leave because I didn't feel safe eating there.

Very knowledgeable. Even asked about fish sauce, which I’ve had trouble with previously. Good food.

Had burnt ends hash with corn tortillas instead of Texas toast. Was delicious. Staff was knowledgeable about gf menu items and cross contamination.

Great food, options will depend on what’s on the menu that day. The waitstaff was knowledgeable and nice, and I didn’t get sick. However I wouldn’t trust this place if it got really busy—it can be pretty chaotic because of how many people they cram into the tiny diner.

Great food in a retro atmosphere. Server was familiar with menu and knew what modifications could be made to ensure meal was gluten free. I had the smoke brisket tacos in corn tortillas (instead of flour). Delish!
Good alternative when big star is too busy. Waitress was helpful in pointing us to good gf options

Had a few gluten free options, chicken enchiladas - waitress unaware soy sauce contained gluten. Good food.
