Food is great! Only a few of the deserts have gluten, but some are GF. It is consistently great. The food is columbian and most items used are naturally gluten free (like corn tortillas, rice, potato) no bread or flour. It is a bit pricy and portions are medium to small. The lunch special is nice and perfect amount of food. I have celiac and feel completely safe eating there. I have tried most items on the menu and everything is great. The empanadas are perfection. The service is excellent as well. It is small place less than 10 tables inside and about 10 outside.

The food was excellent and safe for celiacs! The staff very friendly and knowledgeable. They had gf cheese bread that was TO DIE FOR!!!!

My husband is Colombian. This is one of our go-tos. It’s pricey but it’s Manhattan. The chicken sancocho is outstanding, especially if you like cilantro. Love it on bad tummy days. Great rice and beans, empanadas, arroz con pollo, chorizo, and bandeja paisa. Stay away from the desserts though.

This is some of the best food I’ve ever had. It is so flavorful and delicious and basically everything is gluten free. You need to try it and bring your non-Gluten free friends as they won’t be disappointed or lacking anything.

The entire menu is gluten free besides a few items! We got the beef arepas, fajitas and Arroz con pollo. Everything was delicious!

Almost everything in the restaurant is gluten free. Lots of options including desserts. We ordered the Fajitas and Carne Asada. Both were delicious and were large portions. We had lots of leftovers to take home which was great. We also splurged and got the Limonade which was so good we ordered a second one. The restaurant is very small. They do take reservations so I’d recommend calling ahead. We got there late and got lucky to grab a table. They also have a little outside seating available.

Got a cheese and chicken empanada, the chipotle chicken tacos, and carne asada. All delicious! The gluten free cheesecake was delicious as well, basically just the cheesecake too with no crust and a jam on top. Service was wonderful and a cute little place that does takeout as well!

Run, don’t walk, to the best Colombian GF restaurant in Manhattan. We are GF and Vegetarian and found so many great options. And so delicious. This will be a regular spot for us from now on.

Found this treasure a couple of Months ago and now a standard in our rotation. My celiac son had loved empanadas (pre-diagnosis) and did not have good empanadas until recently. Nearly all of the menu is GF and the soup is great as well as the rice dishes. The owner is very helpful in answering questions and my son has not gotten sick.

Everything except the sandwiches and a couple desserts is gluten free! Everything else is safe from cross contamination. There’s an extensive menu including empanadas, arepas, Colombian main courses, and great deals on lunch specials. Also a very cute location with Colombian decor. Such a gem and very safe!

The place is legit gluten free however service is awful. We were there for less than one hour, took forever to get food and then we were asked to leave because they needed the table. Who asks guests to leave their establishment?

Perhaps tip is added automatically because they don't care about their customers.

Love this place! Pretty much all gluten free and so delish! We had chiccarone, guac with chips, plaintains and fried yucca, shrimp and avocado salad, soup and the cod. All excellent, esp the margaritas! Super nice people too. Can't wait to go back.

Very good food & service. Got the vegetarian Bandeja Paisa veganized (omit egg).

A little pricey, but not for the area. Space is on the small size, but nice bar & decor.

Tested my dish with my Nima device & all smiles.

They do not have a specific GF menu but most items on menu are already gluten free. It was brunch when I went and they do serve some gluten items (pancakes, toast, etc) but told the waiter of my celiac and was assured everything was prepared in a separate space. Got the shrimp and cheese grits and an arepa, it was sooooo good! I want one right now as I write this review!

The food was amazing. Almost everything is gluten free and the staff is knowledgeable. We had the mixed grill for 2 and the soufflé for dessert. Sandra and mojitos are also excellent. Nice citrus and pineapple notes add to a traditional mojito.

The food was good, and it may be gluten free - but the service was very poor. Be warned: they automatically add gratuity to your check, too.
