What an amazing place for just about anything you can think of for breakfast! I had the s’more’s bread pudding and WOW! So delicious and a huge slice. They also sell gf groceries from some of my favorite companies. This is definitely a place to stop if you’re in the area! Just be careful because you may find a very empty wallet when you leave because you’ll want to buy everything!

They did not have cinnamon rolls what a disappointment. They said they haven’t had them in awhile. The food was subpar and expensive for just basic food. Also, the service was terrible.

Update: Ate breakfast here and it was the worse food I had in my life. It tasted as if they just threw frozen food in the microwave. However, there gluten free baked goods are amazing.

Everything is delicious. Only got pastries but there is not a drop of gluten in the bakery so celiac safe, good coffee, and part of the beautiful Old Town Temecula so calm and away from busy streets.

Incredibly delicious and healthy options. Perfect portion sizes. Great relaxed atmosphere. All menu options can be gluten free. All bakery items are gluten free - great selection of donuts, muffins, scones, banana bread and sweets.

I have been eating hear for years they have fresh locally grown food and it tastes great. 5 or so years ago I had them give me food with gluten ( bun ) in it so I still double check when the food comes out to the table besides always telling them about my allergy when ordering. I eat here a dozen times a year with no problems. Lots and lots of choices.

The food here is delicious! I got the Hot Mess burrito bowl. Almost all the bakery items are GF as well (celiac friendly, according to the staff). They have muffins, scones, brownies, cookies, donuts, cheesecake, and more.

The food is amazing. Service was disappointing and that’s giving a lot of grace since it’s mostly self serve. The kicker was after going into the stall and NO toilet paper. When I came out and told an employee there was no toilet paper, he said, ya sure, I’ll let someone know. Wow! A place I could have gone back to several times will just be a one time thing especially after spending $110 for 3 adults and 1 child.

EAT is a little hidden in a strip mall near the entrance to Old town Temecula. I have had the avocado toast, pumpkin pancakes, lattes, pumpkin scones and donuts on my last two trips to EAT! Fresh, delicious and obviously many clearly marked gluten free food options. Going to try the Keto waffle with bacon and eggs today and I’m going to take home a donut.

This establishment is nothing short of outstanding. They took special care to make my breakfast in a special area of the kitchen. GF toast is safe, as it is prepared in a GF toaster. Loved EAT so much, we ate here two days in a row on our trip.

So many delicious gf options and I did not get sick. I had gf carbonara and bread pudding! Soooooo good!

Delicious dinner options with generous portions. It's not clear on the menu what I gluten free but after speaking with the waitress, most items were safe. My son with Celiac did not get sick and we especially enjoyed the salmon over thai curry diced potatoes.

Their gf sandwiches are amazing. I have eaten here several times in the past 6 months without getting sick. I feel that the staff has been much better educated on allergies and cross contamination this past year. Previously I had to always ask for a manager. I guee the risk is still always possible since they make sandwiches.

There were at least 5 gluten free baked goods (I had a maple bacon gf donut), gf lasagna, soup, sandwiches, bread. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. My friend, a trained chef, is not gf and she loved it.

The best gluten free sandwich I have ever had! They are moving soon but look forward to visiting them in old town!
