Eat This Bakery

Love this place, but seems to have taken a bit of a different business direction after COVID. Used to be able to walk in and sit down, but now seems to be more of a commercial kitchen space with limited hours. I’ve ordered a cake through here though and it was entirely GF, affordable, and looked & tasted great!

I love this place! I have gotten so many of their goodies and have never gotten sick. Their vegan stuff is great too. I have to be gluten free and sometimes dairy also bothers me. I’ve even gotten gluten free cupcakes there and my family/friends didn’t notice the difference, until I pick one up and took a bite.

Very friendly and accommodating stuff. Even their baked goods that are both gluten free and vegan are amazing.

They were very accommodating. Food was amazing. Staff was exceptional. I ended up leaving with GF bagels, breads, scones, and veggie cream cheese!

This was amazing! Bagel and chocolate chip cookies were so good- taste just like normal! If you are anywhere in the area, it’s worth the trip!

Thank you thank you thank you ! Finally a REAL bagel with cream cheese that has the right texture ! It was amazing ! To die for chocolate chip cookies and got the special for lunch : pulled pork, cheddar and banana pepper bread pudding ! 😳what I had choices ?! the toaster, cutting board, and knife all had hot pink tape and labeled gluten free ! Randi you are amazing !

GF crumb cake is unbelievable. Tastes like the crumb cake I remember when I was younger.

We are new to the gluten free lifestyle and Randi went above and beyond to help our family with the transition. She even made my daughter her favorite bread to show her that gf doesn't mean giving up your favorite treats! Eat This has always been our favorite place and it's a comfort to know that all of our dietary needs are considered while satisfying our sweet tooth at the same time!

Delicious brownies and banana bread. Good prices and helpful staff. They are willing to try new recipes, if you ask. They have vegan items too.

Great stuff, flexible menu. Baked goods and dinners to go.
