Owner is always there his name is Narciso. The standard tortillas for tacos is flour all you need to do is ask for corn tortillas. My wife and I get great service here your served fresh made corn tortilla chips with fresh made salsa and hot carrots, unfortinatley he does not serve gluten free beer but he does serve some awesome margaritas there.
