One of my all time favorite BBQ spots! They are very good with food allergies and their food is divine!

their bbq sauce has soy sauce that is NOT gluten free in it. a friend of mine is friends with the chef who inquired.

Eli's is great! All of their meat and house BBQ sauce is Gluten Free, as well as most of their sides- coleslaw, jalapeno cheddar grits, mashed potatoes, etc. Only the buns, cornbread and Mac and cheese are NOT GF. Very Gluten Friendly for a BBQ joint.
