I got glutened here last night. Told the waiter when we sat down I was gluten intolerant and asked after I completed placing my order if everything was gluten free (answer was yes). Got my meal, had a vegan Caesar salad, which had croutons on it. Assumed after making it clear I was intolerant that they were gluten free. When the waiter came back I asked again (after eating a few) are you sure these are gluten free and he said they weren't. I have had wonderful experiences elsewhere in Santa Monica and it's not like this is the only vegan restaurant to go to. Will be spending the next few days not feeling well :( even though the food was good, I cannot return to a place that doesn't take this seriously.
