Our server was very knowledgeable, he asked us if we had allergies, and told us what was gluten free and what was not.

I ordered a gluten free fig Prosciutto pizza, waited about an hour, so very long. Every few minutes our server came to check on us and apologized for the wait. When we finally received our pizza it was delicious! Exceeded our expectations, and tasted awesome. Portions were plentiful, enough for 2 people, we were able to take it home to enjoy it again! Highly recommend ❤

Wings were awesome! So flavorful and perfectly cooked! The garlic Parmesan wings were delicious!

Just don’t! Unless you want bad service and want to get sick. Their menu leaves so much to be desired, and there’s cross-contamination everywhere in that place. Also the service is terrible

We were told the pizza and pasta dishes could be made gluten free. After reading others experiences with the pizza I decided on the pasta. Everyone got their pizza and mine still wasn’t ready. Everyone was done eating and a manager came out and said it still wasn’t ready, gluten free pasta is cooked to order and it takes a long time. The order had been in for 47 min at that point. When it finally came out, it was very bland and over cooked, therefore mushy. I will probably not be back.

GF pizza goes on the oven cooking surface NOT on a pan according to my waitress. So, I had the only other option of pasta. Unless you count a salad.

First no gluten free menu. The pizza stove had just been replaced so that was not an option. However, it will be ready again today. They have gluten free pasta but only known safe option was pasta w/ sauce. They had no information about the wines which were used in any of the pasta dishes. Waitress tried very hard to be helpful but choices limited to salads with chicken or shrimp. She had no information about gluten but kept checking with kitchen who could not guarantee much. Had caesar salad with chicken which was good but only 2 options not a gluten free restaurant at all!

Unfortunately there are not many appetizer options for gluten free individuals. The pizza was okay, very chewy but all pizzas can be made gluten free

they cook the gluten free pizzas in the same oven as the regular ones, if you have celiac or are just sensitive to cross contamination i would not recomend it.

Horrible! Charcoal black - 3 pizzas - both regular and gluten free! All three charred on the bottom and barely cooked on top. Inedible! Worst pizza EVER!

Seems like they just use store bought GF crust and cook in their oven. Wasn't any better then I can do at home and wasn't cooked all the way through. VERY expensive and not a good place to go when busy because they are VERY unorganized. Our waitress was great though so it's really hit or miss

Very rude waitress. Never refilled water. I got a salad with chicken and the chicken wasn't cooked. They also "forgot" to give me dressing or cheese on my caesar salad.

You haven't had GF pizza until you've eaten here!! Best pizza I've had in years, maybe ever. I got a GF margarita pizza with prosciutto and goat cheese. I plan on making the 3 hour drive as often as I can.

I was so excited when I read the reviews about the GF options at Ember, unfortunately, when I called to place a pick-up order for buffalo garlic & lemon pepper wings I was informed that their wings were not GF.

I didn't think to ask for a gf menu and had resigned myself to a salad, but my server said she could not eat gluten either and recommended their gluten-free pizza (!), which wasn't even on the menu! Any pizza I wanted, they could make for me in gluten-free, personal size. I got a grilled portabella pizza and it was delicious! Bit of a wait to get in but so worth it, what a great surprise.
