I ate at Ember last night. While it’s true they don’t have a GF menu, their servers are very well educated re gluten and they are extremely careful. I chose one of the server’s recs for GF and did not have any negative reaction. It’s a Michelin starred restaurant, so it was a big treat for me to eat there gluten free!

The best restaurant to the 5 Cities, hands down! Always have something that is gluten free to eat.
Amazing restaurant. Plenty of options for those avoiding gluten.
Server was not accommodating to Celiac. She seemed almost amused that I had come to the restaurant. Maybe it was the night I went, but I basically had 2 options, one of which was a salad.

Amazing food and very knowledgable staff regarding GF items on menu. Seasonal menu featuring locally grown veggies etc, yummy!
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The food is great. I would definitely would eat here again.
Yes
No labelled GF menu however the servers know which items are already GF and which can be modified to be. Last night had an awesome avocado salad, crispy pork belly appetizer, a few bites of the husbands rib eye steak (the scalloped potatoes and crispy yet perfectly wilted broccoli on the side of the steak were so amazing), and split a kiwi custard with toasted coconut. For a nice meal out, definitely go here!
While they don't have a gluten free menu the waiter was knowledgable and told me which items could be made gluten free. I had the salmon and it was delicious.
