Hi, I didn't see an option to respond to reviews, so I signed up as a reviewer. My family owns Esaan, and I wanted to clear up that our peanut sauce does not contain ANY soy sauce. It has fish sauce in it, but not soy sauce.

Additionally, the soy sauce we do use to cook in our stir fry dishes does not contain wheat. Thai soy sauce is wheat-free and gluten-free, unlike Japanese soy sauce which does have wheat.

We pride ourselves in being able to offer a selection of gluten-free dishes to our guests. Many of our regulars have celiac disease, and being able to provide them with a pleasant dining experience is something that makes us happy to be in the business we are in.

Amazing selection of Thai dishes that can all be made gluten free or vegan. Watch the peanut sauce- it made me deathly ill as it is made with soy sauce as main ingredient.

My husband and I had never eaten Thai food before, so I can't say much about it as Thai food. I can say that it was fantastically good as far as all food is concerned. We especially enjoyed the green curry soup with chicken. It was wonderful! The waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was nice to eat somewhere where I had nearly an entire menu of gf choices instead of just one or two.
