I know the owners and they are safe when it comes to celiacs and gluten free. They have one gluten free beer on tap at the moment and hope to have more. They have homemade root beer and cream soda that are excellent. They also have hard cider and wine. They will show you the bottle so you can check. My girlfriend is celiac and loves their cream soda.
