They had gf options marked on the menu. I got the meatloaf, because I love meatloaf and hardly ever have it unless I make it myself. They came out with a plate with two absolutely massive slices of meatloaf, plus mashed potatoes and broccoli. And yes, I ate the whole thing! Our table had a lovely view of the water, too.

Fanizzi’s is very popular, where price and quality meets, where you as GF feel safe and cared for. Located on the water on the East Side, where parking is a little easier, I recommend it. Great sea food, good and diverse GF alternatives, and it’s so good.

Very much OK. The fries aren’t GF, and they charged me $3 to substitute veggies which were plain and not good. Safe but I wouldn’t recommend it

Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was delicious!
They clearly identify what is GF on their dinner menu, which is more than half their menu. The food was fantastic and the service was on point. my husband is GF so it was awesome both of us could get meals we thoroughly enjoyed.

I went to this restaurant because it was on this website plus I saw that it was open during this season. The view is awesome and I sat by the window. All seats are great. The menu is clearly marked with gf items. They do have gf buns for the sandwiches. I got a nut crusted cod. It was delicious. They also had a chocolate cake for desert. I left off a star because the waiter brought me bread. He did feel bad once I told him I couldn't have it.

Food was good. I have a dairy allergy also, so I couldn't have a couple of the gluten free dishes. I picked out the salmon with wild rice and asparagus. I Couldn't have the rice or salmon because it has butter in it and they were unwilling to not put butter on it? I guess things are made pretty in advance. The only thing I could sub it for was a side salad - which I did - which they charged me $2 for! So my $23.99 salmon with rice and asparagus, turned into A $25.99 salmon salad (which I could have gotten for much cheaper had I just ordered the salmon salad). Wish they were more allergy friendly in that respect. End rant.

We called the restaurant ahead of time to check on gluten free options. They sounded promising, when we arrived to the restaurant I spoke to the host. He was knowledgeable and said gf was not a problem. We ordered lunch (husband has celiac) and we specified the importance of gf to the waiter. His lunch came and his wrap was made on a flour tortilla. Very, very disappointing. The couple next to us also ordered gf wrap and we noticed his was made on on a corn tortilla. Would not recommend to anyone who cannot have gluten. Disappointing.
