I was really excited to try this place when we were in town. if you're familiar with Eat N Park's seperate stores hello bistro, it is very similar to those restaurants. The only negative was that they had a lot of new staff and they weren't sure if there were certain toppings to make a salad that were not gluten free. They brought out a new bag of shredded cheese so I could look at the lake to confirm it was gluten free because they didn't know what to look for on the bag. They put on fresh gloves for each salad they made and each was made and mixed in a large clean metal bowl. All of the dressings were clearly labeled as to which was not gluten free (there was only one not labeled gluten free). I have Celiac disease and didn't have any issues with my food. Their serving sizes are very big and one salad can last for at least 2 meals.

Terrific salads! I love the bob Cobb with avocado lime dressing. I always take one home for the next day since we don't live nearby.

really great salads and soups. Everything was clearly marked to indicate what was gluten free .... including almost all of the salad dressings. Food was delicious and the portions were huge

A great soup and salad place, tons of different 'ingredients' for salads. Homemade soups daily, clearly labeled gluten free. The soups are almost always gluten free. All of their salad dressing is also clearly labeled and only 2 kinda contain gluten. Great place!
