Unfortunately, despite having gluten free bread, they do not have a gluten dedicated grill or toaster. The same with the breakfast potatoes. The waitress was able to adjust my order to have untoasted corn tortillas and a fruit bowl with my omelette. I was disappointed because seeing the gluten free bread but being unable to eat it was limiting. So yes, you can work around it, but they do not have dedicated spaces to prepare gluten free food and were unable to clean areas or make items separately to accommodate.

The food was amazing! My husband and I shared the cheesy veggie potatoes (he got them as a side for his burrito and he as only charged $2 more (the serving was huge!). I got the GF French toast with the warm blueberry sauce and fresh bananas- it was the best French toast I’ve ever had! (They get their bread from a bakery in Truckee). The sauce is a must because the bread is a little dry without it, but it is SO thick and fluffy. I got the half order and it was very filling. Will definitely be coming back here!

I spoke with the manager after reading other reviews here. He was very nice and apologetic and said they did not recommend we eat there because the kitchen is small, the griddle is small, and they had no way of keeping things safe for celiacs/allergies. He said there was a risk of flour on all the food because of the tight space, so not even the eggs were safe. We appreciated the honesty!

I saw the menu on google and knew there would be gluten free options. I took the gluten free french toast, it was good but not amazing. The bread itself was very good, so if you order something else and ask for the gluten free bread it would probably be better.

Great options for the gluten-free crew! I’ve eaten here a few times with no reaction and I am a very sensitive celiac (haha sounds ridiculous but it’s true!) -they have a locally made gluten-free bread which is bomb. Highly recommend, easier every time I am in the Tahoe city area. Thanks for being such a great resource.

Very disappointed. They are not celiac friendly. The gf French Toast is dipped in the same batter and the gf English Muffin is put in the same toaster. No concern about cross contamination and our waitress showed no willingness to help my son have a safe dining experience

Had cross contamination on my eggs, potatoes, and gluten free bread. Had an upset stomach for 7hrs afterwards. Atmosphere was great though.

This place is so yummy and such a beautiful setting. They don't have a gf menu but I got huevos rancheros with corn tortillas and it was delicious!
