Only thing not gluten free in the place is the buns. They provide a lettuce wrap and process as an allergy upon request.

Was in line for fries and a shake heard the lady at register ask the man in front of me if he had any allergies he said something, she asked of it was a preference or an allergy no clue what he said but when he got his meal he had no bun.
Anyway, I asked if they had gluten free buns (didn't think they did bit was hopeful this location did) & no, they don't
It's a chain, cross contamination is high but today these folks seem to know what they were doing
I come for fries usually but got a shake today
If you look up their allergen menu, not a lot here to cross contaminate . Mainly the buns
I wish they carried GF buns I don't eat beef but would do a veggie sandwich or grilled cheese

Delicious, as always. No issues with cross contamination! Filled the container with lots of toppings. Definitely will return to this location!
Only fries are gluten free no buns for a sandwich. Employees are not educated 2 of them had no clue about food allergies.
No
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
