Great choices for those who are gluten sensitive.
Absolutely no concern whatsoever about cross contamination. When I asked they made it obvious it would not be wise to risk it. Totally just doing it to get in on the gluten free market that doesn't have celiac.
Be careful if you are sensitive to cross contamination. While their menu lists gf, they do not have dedicated kitchenware. When I asked if it was possible to be accommodated, they explained that the gf on their menus wasn't for people with "allergies" but rather the people following the trends. I would stay clear of this restaurant if you are a true celiac.
Several items on the menu state gluten free. They offered to make a special food item also.
