Ordered gluten free pancakes and hash brown casserole. Server and cook said hash brown casserole was gluten free, but it wasn’t. It has cream of chicken soup in it that contains gluten. Be careful here. I got glutened by the pancakes. I didn’t eat the casserole once I researched before it came.

Although my meal was delicious and the staff very friendly, sadly my food must of got cross contamination. I had stomach pain almost immediately after eating and got sick.

Waitress gave me an allergen menu. She was very nice, knowledgeable and answered my questions. I ordered the Scrambled Ham and Cheese skillet with gf pancakes, I stated to let the kitchen know I have a gluten allergy so be careful preparing and cooking everything. Food tasted great. I came in with a group of 18, I being the only gf. I'd definitely ear here again if we come back here for vacation.

I got the gluten free breakfast, which includes: eggs, sausage, & a gluten free waffle. I waited forever for my food & when it came out, I struggled with even cutting through my waffle; it was so cold & was overcooked.. so it was a really leathery texture. I make better gluten free waffles at home. My sausage was even burnt too. I took a couple of bites of my food & was done. My family, who non of which are celiac like me, didn’t like their food either. They said their pancakes weren’t cooked with their add-ins, the add ins were thrown on top & their food came out cold too. Overall, I do not recommend, especially since we waited 2 hours overall, just to get bad food. Sawyer’s in Pigeon Forge is SO much better & they get your food out to you so much quicker too.

I am celiac and had the pancakes with zero issues! They are a little gritty, but tasted good! Staff was great and knowledgeable!
Yes
The staff is very knowledgeable and warns you right away that there is cross contamination. The waitress did assure me the grill would be scraped before my pancakes were cooked and warmed me away from the waffles because the waffle iron is a bigger risk. I had pancakes and did not get sick at all. They were light and fluffy and delicious!
The pancakes were terrible! They were thick and chewy, with a sour aftertaste. I really describe the taste. Just go with the breakfast skillet.
The staff knew about Celia and had several GF options available. We were there early in the morning so I didn’t worry so much about cross contamination. But that could be a concern for those really sensitive. Their GF waffle was really yummy and such a treat!
Yes
NOT FOR CELIACS :( They have gluten-sensitive pancakes but they make it very clear that there is cross-contamination. I imagine that warning extends to all food. My sister has celiac, I would advise her to steer clear. For those that are just sensitive to gluten, like myself, they have a variety of pancake, skillet, and breakfast platter/omelette options.
No
NOT GOOD FOR CELIACS. Really disappointed
No
Waiter was honest and said nothing was really gluten free there because of all the flour used in the back and said they do not have a designated area. I took a chance because there wasn’t many more options and I ordered pancakes they were horrible the worst ones I’ve ever had they honestly tasted like cardboard! First and last time eating there would not even have gave it a star but had to.
No
my wife and I went here this morning waited a long time at the table before being greeted by the server. they were not informed at all simply said yes I think we have gluten free pancakes to which I asked about everything else. she brought us an allergy sheet but there was only 2 things on the menu with wheat. we left without ordering the only reason I gave it one star is because I had to pick one
No
I couldn’t eat any of the gluten free pancake or waffle options because the kitchen staff said they couldn’t clean the area to cook for my order since they were too busy. They also use the same waffle iron to make gf waffles as regular waffles. There are other non-flour based menu items. The waitress offered me wheat or rye toast as an alternative to not getting gf pancakes. Also, the home fries are cooked in a shared fryer with gluten items such as fried chicken and fritters per the waitress.
I've eaten here quite a few times and haven't had a reaction. though typically I just get an omelet and double fruit as a side. The manager is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
Horrible pancakes! The skillets were good, but pancakes were so nasty.
I love having pancakes and waffles as an option!! Great food, no issues!
Stopped at Flapjacks for breakfast on our way home from Dollywood. It was so great to be able to order pancakes or waffles.... especially after a couple of days at Dollywood where they did have some gluten free options, but I found the selection to be somewhat slim.
Flapjacks also had turkey bacon or sausage.
Pancakes and waffles gf. Had chocolate chip pancakes - delicious and filling! I even had leftovers! Server knew enough to discourage anything but gf waffles/pancakes due to possible cross-contamination. Family of 4 ate under $50.
Yes
Excellent service and you can order any of the pancakes/waffles on the menu in the gluten free version. We will definitely be back!
Yes
I’m happy with the options. I got mixed berry gluten free pancakes (so good) and the ham and cheese skillet (just okay). I’m gluten intolerant but I don’t think I’d eat here if I was a sensitive celiac. No specific gluten free menu. I’m gonna attach a photo of their allergen menu since I couldn’t find it online. :) If you screenshot it, you can zoom in more.

My husband and I went here for breakfast on a Thursday around 9 am. We were seated immediately. This is a great place for families with a fireplace in the middle creating a cozy ambiance. We discovered during our stay that Flapjacks is a chain with multiple locations in the area. My husband had the chocolate chip pancakes. I had bacon, eggs, and gluten free pancakes. This restaurant has gluten friendly waffles also. They do provide a chart with allergen information but gluten free is not noted on the menu. We thought the food was average for breakfast fare. My GF pancakes were huge and a little bit dry but still tasty. I also requested my bacon crispy but it came out chewy. Still, overall a hearty meal and the service was good!

They were able to make any of their pancakes gluten free and the waiter was knowledgeable about what else was gluten free on the menu. That being said, I got eggs and blueberry pancakes. The eggs were dry and the pancakes were just okay. I asked for maple syrup and he said he wasn't sure if they had that, which I thought was weird, but he did bring it out. It's been a few hours and I feel fine, I knew I was taking a risk being CC, but I told him I had celiac and I would appreciate it if they were extra careful.

Disclaimer: To those of you that are hyper sensitive to cross contamination this place is not for you.
There was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it! Soon after we were seated the waitress brought over a skillet with their fritters (on the house)— to which my fiancé and I both contemplated whether we should accept them as I told her that my fiancé couldn’t have them because of the gluten. She apologized and said she’d also bring out an order of their candied bacon and explained what was on it. (VERY DELICIOUS! Yes I had one…)
They made sure to serve his GF pancakes first. My fiancé says “They were huge! It wasn’t like regular gluten free foods which are tiny in comparison. They were even bigger than the regular pancakes.”
Overall they were accommodating, the staff was very friendly and the food was yummy! I am posting this 8 hours after eating and he is alive and well! Would definitely recommend and come again.
