Not safe to eat here, they do not offer gluten free options without cross-contamination. They said they “make their own pasta and have flour all over the kitchen”. Staff was very kind to explain and be honest that the kitchen wasn’t safe for people with celiac disease.

The have gluten free pasta and pizza crust. I don't know how safe the pizza is.
I had a pasta dish with the gluten free pasta and did fine. It tasted great, the portion was large, and there were at least eight different pasta dishes I could choose from.
All of their sauces are/or can be made gluten free. Talk with the server about which dishes the pasta can be substituted as most are prepared when you order.
They are off of the strip and easy to access. I'd go back here again. We enjoyed the food and couldn't eat it all.

Severe celiac. I Don’t take any chances! This place had gluten free pasta. The server was rude, the person who brought food out couldn’t remember which pasta plate was gluten free. Overall the food was great, I didn’t get sick. Service was not good

Pizza oven out of service the night we visited. I was very disappointed but made the best of it and got a Caesar salad with no croutons and the gf penne with Vodka Sauce and chicken. It was very good. Our server was very good, sympathetic and patient. I had my heart set on pizza but I didn’t whine about it. I’m really not a pasta fan.

I would honestly give this place ZERO STARS if that were an option. Pretty much all around bad experience. Terrible and painfully slow service. We were seated about 15 min before anyone even came to our table. When he did he was rude and impatient. Took another 15 minutes JUST to get 5 glasses of water. Went there because it had such great reviews. Seated and ask about a gluten free menu/gluten free options and am told “Uh, the only thing we can do is we have gluten free Penne Pasta.” I ask if all or any of the sauces are gluten free & waiter says “I don’t think so.” Okay. Not helpful. So we call a Manager over and inquire about gluten free. He says they have one or two sauces they can modify and they have one gluten free pasta. Manager leaves and so we ask about the sauces we were going to get and if there was flour/wheat/gluten in the Alfredo or Lemon Cream sauces and he was dismissive and said he didn’t know and would ask the Kitchen. At that point, I didn’t feel like I could safely eat here and really just wanted to leave BUT we were eating here as a Group and had already wasted so much time and it was already well after 8:00 so it made going somewhere else less of an option. After the waters are finally brought he asked if we wanted any other drinks. One in our party asked for a cocktail and another asked for an *unsweet tea* and a straw. Waiter disappears for another ten minutes then brings only the tea and rushes off. Tea is sweet tea and so we attempt to flag him down to no avail. Comes to our table to get our order and when we (2 of us have Celiac Disease and 1 is gluten intolerant) ask about a couple of the dishes inquiring if they can be made gluten free the waiter is visibly annoyed and says he has to go ask in the Kitchen. Comes back and says they can do one cream based sauce Gf. So at that point we just order. Food finally comes and 2 of the 3 “gluten free” dishes have a different pasta than penne. So one is Penne and the other 2 are large Rigatoni so confused we ask him which one (if any) are GF and he is clearly confused and replies they all are. Um nope definitely not as they expressed they only have GF Penne. We ask him to please go check with the kitchen and he goes back there and comes back and takes the two rigatoni dishes saying they aren’t GF. Good thing we asked. He says he will be back in 2 min and we tell him that we will need silverware. He returns with the dishes and no silverware. So we remind him and he disappears to go get it. He never returns and our food is getting cold so we flag down a different Server who FINALLY brings us our silverware. We really didn’t even enjoy our food because of feeling unsafe with their kitchen practices. It was a terrible experience and when we get our bill we were charged for the dishes that were not gf. Unreal. This place should be avoided if you have food allergies as they clearly do not follow any procedures to keep their Diners safe nor do they have any concern in making someone sick. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Will never go back!

Service a little slow, but wonderful gf food! Ordered gf fettuccini with shrimp. Had penne noodles. VERY creamy and tasty. Also got gf bread, which was small pizza with garlic butter. Everyone at the table tried a slice since it was huge and so good.
Yes
They knew exactly what my boys could have that was gluten free
Called ahead to see if they had gluten free options since most GF places in Branson were closed on Monday and we had just so happened to pass Florentina’s earlier that day. I asked my waitress again about the options and she said they had gf pizza/penne but recommended the pizza. Although I did not confirm that the GF pizza was prepared separately, our waitress asked a lot of questions about my Celiac that made me confident I would not get “glutened.” I ordered their signature chicken Alfredo pizza and it was a bit dry, so when I asked for a side of marinara our waitress said unfortunately there was beef baste in the sauce and it would not be GF—thank goodness! I ended up pouring some olive oil over the pizza instead and it definitely did the trick! I ate the whole pizza and felt great after. I would recommend this but make sure your server knows you have celiac and can answer some basic questions about ingredients before ordering specific items.
I have eaten here several times and the servers never have the same answers.. Was given a dish that wasn't gf but was told at a previous visit it was. I would not recommend if you have celiac

While this place has GREAT food we had to leave because they have no allergy protocols. My son couldn't eat any here. It's fine for the gluten free dinner that isn't allergic or auto immune. We tried to order two different opinions and our waitress came out and told us the cooks can't be sure that it would be safe for a person with Celiac.

We enjoy the food and service here. If you are not dairy free, then I highly recommend the Rigatoni Alla Carbonara. You can have almost everything on their menu with a few modifications if gluten is your only intolerance/allergy. They have GF penne pasta and pizza crust. They do not have GF bread, that's the only reason I gave them 4 stars.
food cost more and smaller portions than the last time we were here. probably won't come back.

Loved eating here! They don't have a physical gluten free menu, but offer gluten free pasta and pizza with anything on the menu. Our waitress gave us seasoned gluten free pizza crust to dip in oil. (like they do with bread). Very good!
Was only offered grilled chicken breast and steamed broccoli as I was with group and would take 20 minutes to cook gf pasta! So disappointed! Chicken was not done and broccoli was cold. Sent back and was informed chief was cooking gf pasta for someone else so I could have some! This was delicious but had no gf dessert! Had looked forward to this meal for a year as had eaten there last year and was excellent. I almost cried!!!

Waitress said they don't have a gluten free menu and they wouldn't recommend it to anyone with celiac because of the flour everywhere. Definitely disappointing.

There was a gluten free menu, with lots of choices. I had chicken Alfredo, which was very good, but could have been hotter.

Jodi was a sweet server. I ordered from gf menu. Rigatoni florentina was divine. Pasta well cooked.
They have a GF menu. I got pesto pasta and it was really good. They didn't have any bread substitutes for the appetizer. The food was great.
Our waiter- Dan - was horribly rude though. He acted like he couldn't give us the time of day. He barely waited on us. When I asked which of two dishes to try, he responded with "I don't have time for you to experiment!" It took away from the entire experience.
That being said, I had no problems with the GF food. It was good, and the rest of the staff was nice.

My family and I were VERY disappointed in this restaurant. The ONLY plus; I didn't get sick. I'm the only Celiac in our family, and I ordered the Warm Spinach Salad & the GF Pasta Alfredo w/Shrimp and Spinach. The salad was okay. The pasta itself was decent, but I can't say the same for the alfredo. It was overly thick and tasted like it came from a jar. It really didn't have any flavor. I never got the spinach in the dish. My family all ordered different things, none of which was appetizing by look or taste. My husband ordered Chicken Piccata, and it looked like chicken and white gravy. Ugh. A huge disappointment. One star rating was generous.
I'm a celiac. Been multiple times with great success! Ask for separate GF menu and to speak with the kitchen manager if you want to know more. I just enjoyed the supreme pizza with no problems at all! Various pasta dishes are also excellent. Try the Alfredo!!

waiter was very friendly and happy to sub gluten free options into any menu option. would recommend Florentina's for their service and food.
Yes
Manager was great in explaining the options for us. They said their kitchen manager has a food allergy too so is very accommodating.

Delicious! I got the Alfredo gluten free penne with spinach!!!

My husband and I both ordered gf pizzas and immediately felt sick. Our waiter, Daniel, seemed to know a little about gluten, but he was unsure on much of the menu. They do not have any gf salad dressings, but he brought us balsamic vinegar and oil. We think there might have been gluten in the Italian sausage on the pizza. We are not extremely sensitive, but we definitely got some gluten. They half way accommodate, but after getting sick we will probably find other places to get gluten free meals.
Our second visit to this restaurant this week. Had GF penne Florentina the other night. Delicious! My husband enjoyed the regular pasta Arrabbiata. Tonight we're sharing a 10" GF pizza salsiccia and GF chicken Alfredo. My husband enjoyed the warm bread with the olive oil seasoned with Italian spices and grated cheese. Wish we could have had a 2-for-$24.99 special but none of the appetizer options are gluten-free. Everything we've had here has been wonderful! Daniel was our waiter on both occasions.

We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant, the food and the knowledgable, friendly staff. The pizza is great and the service is too!
Yes
NOT gluten free, even tho they have a "GF" menu. They cook the GF pasta in the same water as the regular pasta, which should tell you how much effort they put into things. Waitress was nice but unable to accommodate.
No
We had questions on their gluten free menu & our waitress response was "I have no idea." You may have to ask for a different server if you have questions. I had penne pasta with Alfredo sauce and it was delicious but they definitely need to educate their staff.
Yes
The pasta dish I had was good but you can only have pizza if you bring your own crust. Gluten free crust is not available. Also need to educate staff more...when I asked a question about the gluten free list the waitress asked me where I had gotten the list. When I told her the hostess in the front, she told me she didn't know they had it.
No
Excellent pasta choices and GF pizza for the kids. My son swears it was the best he ever tasted.
Our meal was great!
Had the gluten free Penne Allo Vodka and it was amazing!
