They had gluten free bread for sandwiches. Good understanding of CC. No ill effects after. Best sandwich I have had in years.

Great casual place with extremely friendly and professional staff. GF bread is tasty, small kitchen but if you tell the staff you are celiac they will take care with cross contamination. I have been several times, breakfast sandwich, and have never been glutened!
