Menu is almost entirely GF (except for one dessert). Defaults to GF ingredients for things like tortillas and chips unless specifically requested, uses separate cooking surfaces/fryers for those ingredients. Managers, servers, and cool staff all extremely knowledgeable and take extra steps to clean tables, utensils, and other dining implements, and make sure everyone prepping your food knows the allergen and precautions. Manager checked on us a few times throughout the meal to make sure we were good and ask if we liked the food.

Have eaten here many times. They are really good with gluten allergies. A few dishes I've had are the cochinita pibil, the chicken tinga, mojo shrimp, chips and salsa and guacamole.

Definitely a great place to go with a crowd if there are just a couple people who are gluten-free. Although I was told by the server that the only thing not gluten-free here are quesadillas because they use flour tortillas. Chips have a dedicated fryer. I had the chicken Tinga tacos which were awesome. And the margaritas are great too! this is a great option in Disney Springs.

Extremely pricey but worth it. All items are gluten free unless otherwise specified (ie kids flour tortillas for cheese quesadillas). Corn tortillas are homemade and absolutely delicious. Host didn’t know much but servers were very knowledgeable about kitchen best practices. She knew celiac, described separate kitchen surfaces and other safety measures. Offered to have chef come speak with us as well. 10/10 experience.

Everytime my family goes there, the kitchen hits it out of the park with amazing food. It is insanely pricy but for a once a year treat…well worth it.

Incredibly delicious food with wonderful service.

Dined here with my young child (celiac; symptomatic to CC) and had a good experience.

The chips are fried in a separate fryer. The waiter knew about celiac and the required safety precautions. The menu was marked with items that are/could be modified to gluten free. My child went with a quesadilla on corn tortillas and had no symptoms following our dining.

So nice to be able to help our child eat safely without making them feel totally left out compared to their siblings!

This restaurant is AMAZING! As an individual with celiac, eating out os hard but majority of this restaurant is GF which limits cross contamination. I had the chicken flauta and it was incredible. 10/10

Loved it!!! Service, environment, and food were amazing!

Interior is beautiful with lots of colorful elements and natural light.

Food was amazing. We had mango guacamole with chips and salsa, vegetable enchiladas, shrimp with salsa de negra, fried plaintains with cheese, flavored iced tea, and a cold brew coffee cocktail. All were amazing!!!

The menu only has 1 item that contains gluten which is the mole chicken. They use corn tortillas instead of wheat tortillas and have a dedicated gluten free fryer. it was a lovely experience eating here!

At least of 4.15.2023 they switched to corn tortillas only, so no wheat tortillas. see photos of the food and beverage

They are very celiac friendly. Our server, Miguel, helped navigate the menu. He checked with the kitchen about my vinegar allergy. The fundido and corn tortillas were fabulous.

We had a great experience, very sensitive celiac and did not get sick all entrees tested negative for gluten with Nima sensor. They have a dedicated chip fryer so those are safe. I had chips, guacamole and queso which were all good. Queso is served with corn tortillas and is very thick but good. They seem to have another fryer for the other fried items, but I asked specifically about the flautas which were labeled gluten free and I was assured that they would be in a GF fryer, and definitely were per our nima sensor result. Flautas were absolutely amazing! I also ordered chicken tinga tacos, but to me they were a little salty but again safe and good tasting. Flan was available as a dessert option, but they listed a granola on top and I try to avoid Oats as much as I can so I passed. Overall excellent experience our server was so sweet, we would def come back.

Waiter was knowledgeable, but not really friendly. Lots of gf options on the menu. Food was not very good, tasted bland. Prices are very high for what you get. Didn’t get sick, but did not enjoy the restaurant.

The food wasn’t horrible but it was not great either. Overall everyone (GF and not) did not enjoy the meal. Some meals came out cold. For gluten and dairy allergies I had to order plain plain steak on corn tortillas with lettuce. Not much selection, Cantinas were not GF, could not have fried items, chicken was not dairy free. The chips were “safe” but I was weary since they’re fried. Overall, I did not get sick which is good but the food was subpar and I wouldn’t rush back

I’m a celiac and lactose intolerant. I get sick VERY easily. They look many precautions to make sure my eating was safe. And my food was delicious and even waited until the next day to write a review. I 10/10 recommend this place.

AMAZING food! I had the vegetable tacos, which were able to be easily modified to be dairy free as well as gluten free. The menu clearly labeled any top allergens all the dishes had. The waitress was very helpful and pointed out all the dishes i could safely eat as well as the ones that could be easily modified to make gluten free

Fifth year in a row eating here and FIRST time getting sick. I felt awful before my meal was even over. I am so disappointed. My reactions are usually 24-48 hours and we just checked in. NOT worth the risk. I told my server I had the allergy and ordered items that were listed safe. Menu has changed since I was here last year. Wish I would have went to Dlux instead. Hoping to not be in bed all day tomorrow 😩

Absolutely fantastic, the food was mouthwatering. A little bit on the pricy side but their tortillas are made from corn so they are naturally gluten free. They have their regular menu already labeled with what allergens it contains. Super neat environment and delicious food that I highly recommend!

I ordered the enchiladas suizas and tested with my Nima sensor. it came back with gluten detected. The chef and two of the servers talked to me about it, the chef remade it himself with fresh sauce, etc. The second one came out gluten-free. We discussed why that might be and the chef thinks it might be the cast iron dish they're served in, which is also used for the enchiladas with red sauce, which contains gluten. Now that the chef is aware, this will likely be addressed, but I can't recommend it for celiacs given the positive test.

If you decide to give it a try, ask about how it's served and request a plate if the cast iron is being used.
