Manager had no way of knowing about allergens. He did his best employees had no clue about gluten allergies.
Have a dedicated fryer for the fries, order burger with no bun. Ask for a manager if you have questions other staff are under informed
Staff was completely ignorant of menu items and there was no allergen information available. The only thing they knew is they had GF hamburger buns. They were clueless about ingredients in anything else. I ordered a GF burger with sweet potato fries and the fries are battered in presumably flour. I even spoke to the manager and they knew nothing. Would not return if you have any allergies; only okay for casual GF eaters who want a GF hamburger bun and don't mind cross contamination or other gluten containing ingredients.
Finally a fast food burger place with gluten free buns!!! I feel like a normal human being eating here and enjoying a nice greasy cheeseburger. Honestly I have NO clue how they prepare the food in the back but I haven't gotten sick from eating their burgers. The only major downside is there is no separate fryer for the fries. You'd think a place with GF buns would have GF fries?
There is not a gluten free menu, but the meats are seasoned with salt pepper and I didn't react to it. I ordered the buffalo burger without the bun and just added the salad from the salad bar. Staff is not aware of gluten allergy and so you are pretty much on your own. Need to ask and stay away from fried items. Meats are fine.
