TERRIBLE!!! BEWARE!!! OUCH!!!! People need to understand more about celiac and gluten sensitivity! What is the point of selling gluten free items when they can't be careful when preparing? Even after we asked for them to switch gloves and paid extra for the buns... cross contamination got us!

Horrible. Got sick IMMEDIATELY. I literally watched them handle 5-10 buns and then mine, which was stacked BETWEEN other regular buns. Gloves NEVER changed. Even my children's regular order was incorrect. CROSS CONTAMINATION ALL OVER THE PLACE. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

Kitchen staff is not at all aware of cross contamination. We went here because they have local oven buns but they stacked the regular buns on top of the gluten free buns. My wife has Celiacs and she got really sick two bites into her burger.

I was nervous after reading other reviews, but we were on the Strand. I had the Mushroom and Swiss burger and it went well! The bun held together nicely and was fresh! I did not order the fries after reading others were sick after trying them. All in all a good experience!

Amazing gluten free bun! Even better than red robins, which I also love. Although I noticed after eating the French fries that they fry everything in the same fryer. I got sick anyways and I'm pretty sure that fryer is the cause. Can never be sure though.

AVOID!!!! The manager of the store rang up our order, we ordered a GF bun for my son... He even talked about how he had heard that it was good... Then when the order came I tasted it.... And it was a regular bun... So my son was glutened as well as myself. The manager comped the meal but acted like it wasn't a big deal. I will be sick for hours, and my son will as well, and he basically acted like he forgot to add cheese to a burger. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

They have a gluten free bun that is $2 extra. Not worth it. Dry and tough, even after toasting. Order a burger w/out bun. Burgers always tasty here.

The gluten free bun tasted good, but they fry their french fries in the same oil as chicken tenders. That's a big no no for gluten free :(

I enjoyed my burger patty & sweet potato fries. However, my bottom hamburger bun was pretty hard, and the top was just so-so. I ended up taking the bottom bun off and only ate half of the top. I have only tried it once. I would be willing to sample it again. FYI - There is a $2.00 up charge to get a gluten-free bun.

Buyer beware! I have celiac disease so eating GF is very important. I ate at the Fuddruckers in the Grogan's Mill shopping center in The Woodlands, TX tonight. I ordered a GF cheeseburger on a GF bun. I asked about the fries and was told that they fry them separately. The food tasted fine, but it is painfully obvious that I consumed gluten. I have indigestion and am severely swollen to the point that I now look like I am at least 5-6 months pregnant. I am disappointed that I will not be able to eat at my local Fuddruckers again. I don't trust them to at all to deliver what was promised.

Very accommodating to a person with Celiac Disease. Ask to speak to a manager to ensure that there's no cross contamination. Also ask for a gluten free bun and for steak fries without seasoning.

Four star gluten free (contaminated frier, shared toppings risk contamination), three star sodas (the overly complex soda machine with flavor shot options is way overly strong on the flavor shots). Be sure to explain you need gluten free surfaces in addition to gluten free bun.

Had the bacon cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap. Cashier did not seem knowledgeable so I asked to speak to the manager. Asked him to wipe down grill & change gloves otherwise I would get sick from cross contamination. Manager said he could not guarantee that the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer so I did not get them.

What is with you gluten free people, I work at this fuddruckers and when you complain about cross contamination your wasting your time and ours. You know we actually had to empty out are fryer and put new grease in it just cause a customer complained that he doesn't want his fries to be in the same fryer as our other food. Also when they come in and worry about CC on our grill they ask us to clean the whole grill and then cook their food. That means we have to turn it off, wait for it to cool, poor water and let it evaporate then clean it, wait 30 min and then turn it on. You guys are a pain in the ass

They have gluten free buns for their burgers. Their fries share a common fryer. None of their salad dressings are gluten free. The only options for a side are a salad with no dressing or apple slices. I ordered a gf bun, and was still served a regular bun. Since this is my first time here, I didn't notice until the other person in my party said their bun tasted weird. Worst experience ever.

I saw on here that it was GF friendly for my husband....so we chose this place for an over night stay dinner stop. First off the girls at the counter could have cared less and had no idea about GF anything. One girl said they had a GF bun. We asked about the fries and she said 'We try and keep them separate but workers throw other stuff in there, so the are contaminated'...great....'what about you tortilla chips' we asked...'contaminated' they said. Ugh, so my husband ordered a side salad instead and they put croutons in it. They were mad when he took it back, but hey did give us a new one. My husband did say the bun was the best he had ever had. The place was dirty an not crowded, the workers.....well let's just say interesting. Location was cool. Hard to find, can't see from the road at all! I wasn't even sure how to rate this review. The rest if us got regular burgers, they were okay with steak fries. $43.00 for 4 if us, wow! Expensive!

We just went there last night. It took three tries to get a salad with no croutons. The buns may have been gluten free but we suspect serious cross contamination. The fries are NOT gluten free. They are fried with onion rings. If you are allergic to gluten (celiac) avoid this Fudruckers.

Staff was completely ignorant of menu items and there was no allergen information available. The only thing they knew is they had GF hamburger buns. They were clueless about ingredients in anything else. I ordered a GF burger with sweet potato fries and the fries are battered in presumably flour. I even spoke to the manager and they knew nothing. Would not return if you have any allergies; only okay for casual GF eaters who want a GF hamburger bun and don't mind cross contamination or other gluten containing ingredients.

Finally a fast food burger place with gluten free buns!!! I feel like a normal human being eating here and enjoying a nice greasy cheeseburger. Honestly I have NO clue how they prepare the food in the back but I haven't gotten sick from eating their burgers. The only major downside is there is no separate fryer for the fries. You'd think a place with GF buns would have GF fries?

There is not a gluten free menu, but the meats are seasoned with salt pepper and I didn't react to it. I ordered the buffalo burger without the bun and just added the salad from the salad bar. Staff is not aware of gluten allergy and so you are pretty much on your own. Need to ask and stay away from fried items. Meats are fine.
