The only options were modified salad, plain chicken breast or grilled fish with broccoli. Food was very poor quality with big price tags.

Abysmal. Two small, dry pieces of fish and a dry baked potato for $20. They seemed to be completely confused about what is and isn't gluten free, in spite of having a gluten free menu. After some prodding, we were able to get some pineapple slaw (listed on the GF menu, but not brought out with our food) and some butter and sour cream. Would not have come here at all if not with a large group. Aside from the GF issues, general reviews of the food seemed to be mixed and the service was lacking.

I found them to be helpful; had good chicken and veggies.

This place is a joke. They say on their menu they are able to make many things gluten free. Truth is they have salads and mahi mahi. The kids menu offers a few more things. Those things where not offered to me. There are several other places in Destin that offer a gluten free menu and are very knowable. If you bring your family here eat before you come!!
