Take out menu clearly marked with GF items, GF sushi and dessert. No MSG. Very knowledgable and friendly. Many nonGF items can be made GF. Bring your own soy sauce though because theirs has wheat. I've eaten there many times and never had a bad experience. Everything is fresh and tastes delicious.
