There is supposed to be a dedicated fryer for chips which makes the tortilla chips celiac friendly. I have yet to ask if I could fry potatoes or the crispy tacos separately, but I suppose that could be possible as well. The main things to know is that you can't have the ground beef, shrimp, tempura fish, fajita beef/chicken, Latin fried potatoes, crispy tacos, or tortilla strips that go on the salad. The shrimp is cooked in a barley sauce so it is not actually gluten free like they will tell you. Make sure to let them know about any allergy so they can cook the corn tortillas on a separate part of the grill or microwave them. I always tell the cashier I have celiac disease tell them to mark gluten allergy on my items so the kitchen knows. The sangria is not gluten free, but the margaritas are.

Pleasant cashier but unfortunately I couldn’t trust eating here. When I tested my cheese enchiladas on my nima sensor it was positive for gluten. They are up front warning about potential cross contamination and I think that’s what it was. They have a gluten free menu so they have offerings but the cc might get you.

I read great reviews on here about it being celiac friendly. I never eat out due to cross contamination but wanted to do so with my family over the holidays. I was most excited about the dedicated fryer for their chips; however their second fryer was broken so they were putting everything in one. I was really disappointed but they did have a decent sized gf menu. I ordered their cheese dip with tortillas and soft beef tacos. Others ordered steak nachos. Everything was extremely good and fresh! Afterwards, I did get really tired and had a small upset stomach but that could’ve been other factors; I did not have any of my typical exposure reactions. I will definitely go back!

Edit: I have since found out that the beef tacos have gluten. My symptoms of exposure have changed a little now and I hadn’t realized it. I changed my rating down to 4 stars bc the staff should’ve informed me I can’t have beef tacos.

I am so impressed. I’ve never been to Fuzzy’s, even before my diagnosis. I was even more terrified because it was my first time eating out after diagnosis. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a really good selection on their GF menu. Now keep in mind not to have any chips or crispy tacos. They are fried in the same frier as non GF items. But even with knowing this I was able to eat to my hearts content and even had a nice glass of wine with the girls. I was afraid I was going to be left out but I was not at all! I will definitely be going back.

This location has a dedicated fryer for their chips!!! But ask because not all fuzzys do :( I started getting sick and not knowing why. They had changed their fajita chicken seasoning and it has gluten in it. It use to be marked safe but they changed it months ago and I didn't know. We still love this place I just only eat the chips and cheese now.

This is the best Fuzzy's Taco Shop I have visited. The chips have their own dedicated fryer and the staff changes gloves when handling the chips. Staff is very helpful with allergy concerns. The place is extremely clean inside as well.

Staff is very friendly and was very helpful. They do not have a gluten free menu, but have a book with a list of what we can not eat. Most of everything there is gluten free. They also have a fryer just for the chips and nothing else is fried in it. I would defiantly go back!

A ton of gluten free options! They have an allergen chart on their website that breaks down every single menu item. Chips are corn chips but are unfortunately not fried in a dedicated GF fryer so had to skip those. Grilled steak tacos were amazing.
