I have had great reactions at Gaileys, and have gotten very sick from my food at Gaileys. My experiences have really depended on the knowledge that the server has on gluten and what is gluten free/not. This past time I went, I was very confident to get the oatmeal but just wanted to ask if it was gluten free first because my allergy is severe, and no one in the kitchen had any idea. I ordered gf toast & hashbrowns to be safe - but still got sick. I would recommend calling ahead of time and figuring out what is gluten free before feeling on the spot ordering.

OMG! I love Gailey's!!! I can finally have toast w breakfast @ a restaurant without having to bring it myself! We have eaten here several times, the prices are great for the amount of food you get!!! No GF menu, but MOST can be made GF as it's really about breakfast & that's mostly protein anyway. I have Celiac & get sick not long after an accidental event. I usually get the Downtowner, 1, 2, or 3 eggs - I get 2 with cheese on them (thanks Mema!), bacon &/or sausage, sweet potato hashbrowns, & GF toast (hubby eats my hash browns)... This last time I got an omelette with 🧀, 🥓, sausage, & ham w GF 🍞/toast. & homestyle hashbrowns/potatoes... I didn't have any issue, even with the possibility that the potatoes were cooked in the same oil. It's a "HEALTHY" sized omelette too, I want to say 2 🍳, but could be wrong tho. It was more than enough. My hubby isn't GF in restaurants, it's usually more expensive, he always has the biscuits & gravy w/☕ (plus my sweet 🍠browns) & coffee. He says, "If you walk away hungry, that's your fault.) 😆. They have some amazing art for sale on the walls too! It's all by local artists, there are some awesome pictures/paintings. Love Gailey's! Did I mention that it's CHEAP?!? My husband & I always spend less than $30, WITH @ least a 20% tip! And, it's GOOD FOOD!

They always double check if something is gluten free or not, and they have gluten free toast! Good food, and everyone there is very easy to work with.
The staff said they only had gluten free toast. Very friendly but no gluten free menu.
I was told the only safe thing for celiac was yogurt and fruit after I had previously emailed and asked if they had safe food and was assured I would be fine. The drinks were good, just wish they had a few more options. I’m confused as to why more things couldn’t be gf safe when you’re working with eggs and state you have gf toast.
No
They have gluten-free toast and are knowledgeable about preparing food safely. Most of the breakfast dishes can be prepared gluten free.
